After acquiring a local engineering firm, the full-service AE company engaged MARKETLINK to train technical staff and firm management on the new philosophy of marketing and business development. Working closely with the in-house marketing manager, MARKETLINK created a 12-part training series with content customized to the local market as well as general training on the new firm’s services and international offerings.
