A Utah-based architectural firm needed a training and business development program to meet the firm’s goals and elevate the education level of the company’s next generation of leaders. MARKETLINK conducted a firm-wide survey inquiring about key areas where additional training would be helpful. Topics included public speaking, presentation training, proposal writing, business development target plans and other areas. The program would focus on everyone—not only project managers and architects. Training would fully involve support staff as well so that multiple parties would have the understanding to continue the business development plan.

The firm has been awarded several projects with two targeted clients using techniques covered and practiced in the quarterly training series, which continues to this day.
