A state-based engineering association needed a firm to provide training for young professionals within the association’s annual leadership institute. MARKETLINK created a customized coaching session based on ten areas of marketing crucial to success for firm leadership: strategic planning, business development, client relations, public relations, proposal development, presentation skills, market research, marketing material organization, staff training and fee negotiation.

 

Link to Success: MARKETLINK has provided the annual industry-specific training for up-and-coming AEC professionals for going on 15 years. The education sessions have been successful at helping the association’s members learn different leadership skills, marketing techniques, and business development strategies. The program gives attendees an understanding of real-life scenarios and is provided for free to the association.
