Two firms with similar marketing organziation needs were in the middle of hiring new marketing managers and wanted their marketing departments reorganized for when their new hires started. They each retained MARKETLINK to help them review their departments and recommend changes to bring them up to current industry practices.

While one firm required a cursory review to bring it up to best practice standards, the other was in greater need of an assessment and reorganization. Based on firm needs, MARKETLINK made recommendations to both groups. MARKETLINK reorganized both firms’ marketing servers. For one firm, that was sufficient. For the other, we structured their proposal process, InDesign templates, hiring standards, and general marketing processes and procedures.

Working with the new marketing managers of both firms, MARKETLINK helped implement the reorganization of their marketing servers. By streamlining processes and procedures, the marketing department in greater need of help was better able to plan for and execute marketing requests and workflows.
