A Northern California recruiting firm for the energy market was referred to MARKETLINK for help in creating a set of templates that would reinforce their brand while standardizing all their company’s communication from proposals to letters and contracts. The challenge was not only designing the template in InDesign, a standard for use in marketing departments, but also mirroring that design as a set of Word templates for use on the administrative side of the company. Having the templates available in both formats would allow everyone in the company to use them for their area of communication without regard to the program it was in.

Working with the company’s Director and Digital Content Marketer, we conducted three different rounds of renditions finally settling on the one they felt would give them a look that would last them for the next several years. It was also a look we were able to mimic very closely in Word as well.
