A Utah engineering and surveying firm wished to enhance their overall client service and strengthen relationships but were unsure of how to proceed. After surveying the firm’s management team, MARKETLINK suggested implementing a client relations program to evaluate project management, client satisfaction, firm strengths, and areas to improve. MARKETLINK conducted surveys with targeted clients and made recommendations for improvements to firm procedures and processes.

After a year of implementing and adjusting programs, MARKETLINK contacted clients to discuss the outcome of improvements. A majority of them noticed the improvements and commented that the relationship was improving and their satisfaction was elevated. A large percentage rated the firm higher in various categories than it did with the previous survey.
