In mid-August, Principal Stephanie Craft attended the SMPS National Conference in San Diego. Stephanie’s a fan of the forum, which gives her a chance to refresh and refocus by networking with other professionals and learning the latest research and topics relevant to the A/E/C industry.
What began as a conference strictly about marketing has evolved into sessions about leadership, communication, and charting your career path. “They’re addressing the whole individual now rather than just our job function,” said Craft.
