The shirt displays the heritage of the Spitfire starting with the Supermarine S. 5 designed by R. J. Mitchell to compete for the Schneider Trophy in 1927. The main illustration shows the MK I type 300 and the MK XIV type 379 in side elevation. On the back of the shirt we have printed an illustration of the Rolls Royce Merlin.
