There is a bit of scratching the the reverse side of the blade that almost looks like a signature but I am not certain

Matte Green Tall Arts and Crafts Vase stacked wood frames 6 1/4" diameter x 3Classic Arts and Crafts style in color and form, this is the sort of vase I'd use all of the time; it makes everything look great, and is nice and tall for branches or big Asiatic lilies. I believe it is 1930s Zanesville (typically unmarked) though am not 100% certain. Just lovely. Good overall condition.
