Large Lidded Micmac Natural Ash Splint Basket with Curlicues wall plaque this one is from BostonAnother beautiful MicMac Northeast Coast Native basket, this one large enough to hold all sorts of things should one want to put it to use. Made entirely of natural (un dyed) ash splint of varied widths, this basket features two bands of curlicues around its sides and a fancy "bow" at the center of its lid, with the end of the bow trimmed like a ribbon and tucked into the weaving.
