This beautiful small pottery plate with two spiraling fish is a bit of a mystery

It's in terrific condition-- not a flaw that I can see

10 1/2" from tip of handle to far tip of bristles (measured at an angle)

They may not be very old, but I really love how rough they are, pretty crudely thrown and sort of loosely slathered with blue green glaze here and there. One features faces on both sides one
