Huaco Silbador-Peruvian Whistling Vessel - The Howling Fox Andes Eagle is SpiritReplica of a double bodied whistling vessel with a bridge handle from the Vics culture that represents a howling fox. It has a reverberant chamber that emits the sharp A note, which simulates the howl of a fox or wolf when filling it halfway with water. Sculpted by ethnomusicologist Jose Vitancio Humeres of Peru, it is a replica of an original design. "I think the sounds these instruments make were to create positive energy," says Vitancio Humeres.
