Constructed of blackened magnetic iron, the obverse bearing a raised Heer soldier drawing a sabre, circumscribed by an inscription of DANK DER STADT HALLE (GRATITUDE OF THE CITY OF HALLE), above dates 1914 1918, the reverse with a raised depiction of the Red Tower, circumscribed by an inscription of FR KRIEGSHILFE IHRER BRGER UND FRAUEN (FOR WAR ASSISTANCE OF YOUR CITIZENS AND WOMEN), unmarked, measuring 79 mm in diameter, in near
