Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a Geneva Cross with red enameled arms, joined through the outer quadrants by a white enameled ring, bearing a central gilt and black enameled German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse of the crossed featuring a
