Incorporated into Russian orders 1831 by Tsar Nicholas I. Constructed of gilded silver with enamels, consisting of an eight pointed radiant star, the obverse with a central red and white enameled Cross Patte with gilt designs between the quadrants, within a blue enameled ring bearing a gilt inscription of PRO FIDE REGE ET LEGE (FOR FAITH, KING, AND LAW) in Latin script, the reverse plain, the twelve
