It is a certificate for marksmanship training of the 3rd Battery of Flak Regiment 3, dated to June 28, 1939. The statistics contain speeds, ranges, numbers of shots fired, and several other details of how the training was conducted. The targets were clay discs (Luftscheiben). The document is signed by a Hauptmann (Captain) and Battery Chief.
