A five pointed star constructed of red enamel and silver with silver rays between each arm, an upward facing crossed sword and rifle also lay behind the five pointed enamel star, the obverse centre bears a gold sickle and hammer superimposed on red enamel, a white enamel borders it with the inscription (Patriotic War), the obverse bears the mint mark (Monetny Dvor) and is numbered 803281, with screw back, measuring 45. 73
