Il Censo "Praruar" Terre Siciliane Bianco 2020 750ml Umbria FARMING: BiodynamicITALY : SICILY Catarratto MEDIUM BODIED, LEMON PITH, WALNUT, FENNEL, FINE TANNINS, NO OAK The wine is produced exclusively from Catarratto grapes grown on the Il Censo estate outside of Palazzo Adriano in Sicliy. The vineyards are farmed organically and grapes are harvested manually. Praruar, means golden in the once locally spoken Greek and Albanian. WINEMAKING : Low Intervention Natural (unfined & unfiltered; low sulfur); Skin Contact "Orange Wine"
