Italy, Kingdom. An Italian Fascist Youth Fez, C.1940 United Republic of measuring 100 mm x 45This is an extremely well preserved Italian Fascist Youth fez, constructed of fine black doeskin wool. The top of the fez bears a tassel, constructed of twisted and rolled black threading, that hangs over the sides. The front bears a zink fasces secured to the fez with four reverse attachment prongs visible on the interior. It is unmarked and measures approximately 175 mm in diameter, with a height of 95 mm. In extremely fine condition.
