An Order of the Patriotic War, I Class to Platoon Commander Alexey Patuev, for Military Courage, 1945 Auction raised platform in cream-coloured felt( Orden Otechestvennoy Voyny). Instituted May 20th, 1942. (c. 1943 issue). Of three piece construction of Gold, silver, and gilded silver, consisting of a red enamelled five pointed star with Gold straight rays (denoting I Class) as well as a crossed saber and Mosin rifle in between the arms of the cross, with a central circular red enamelled medallion bearing a crossed Hammer and Sickle insignia in Gold, surrounded by a white enamelled ring inscribed
