Instituted in 1908. In silver gilt, a red enamelled cross, obverse medallion with blue and white center, reverse features a central medallion inscribed INTER ARMA CARITAS, surmounted by a partial wreath and connected to a red and white ribbon with small rosette, measures 38. 6 mm (w) x 42. 7 mm (h), weighs 35. 5 grams with ribbons, enamels intact, in very fine condition.
