Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with white piping, bordered along both the top and bottom edges with red wool tresses bearing machine embroidered gold bullion wire oak leaves, overlaid by a central white rayon disc bearing a multi piece black rayon mobile swastika, with both the swastika and disc trimmed with twisted and rolled gold bullion wire piping, unmarked, measuring 21
