The Badge in silver gilt and bronze, consisting of a ten pointed base, superimposed on a five pointed star in blue enamel, decorated with Islamic inscriptions, the obverse centerpiece bearing the word REPUBLIC in Arabic, inclusive of eagle suspension 83. 1 mm (h) x 62. 4 mm (w), mark denoting Cairo manufacture on the reverse, worn on green sash ribbon with yellow and red stripes along the sides, enamels intact,
