Instituted in 1915. Multi piece construction, in silvered bronze with red enamels, ball finials on the tips of the star points, measuring 55. 7 mm (w) x 54. 8 mm (h), maker marked "B. B.&Co" (unidentified maker in Berlin) on the reverse, horizontal pinback, light contact overall, extremely fine.
