A Gvi Military Cross With Case Newly Listed 12 February 1887 in Berlin)George VI, GRI cypher, in silver, reverse date engraved "1941", measuring 43. 7 mm (w) x 48 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, scattered tarnishing and contact marks on the reverse, original ribbon with pinback, better than very fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, bearing the Royal crown on the lid, maker marked "ROYAL MINT" on the inside lid, lightly soiled recessed medal bed, light wear on the exterior, case also better than very fine.
