It has all the appearances of a work in progress. A computer typescript with illustrations placed throughout and handwritten additions throughout, photocopied in color, bound and covered. It is a massive document with well over 1000 illustrations reproductions of photographs, documents, and other artifacts. Back in 2004 2006, we
