Germany, Wehrmacht. A Pair of Insignia for a Terek Cossack Volunteer’s Kubanka Republic of "Volume III - The Victory(Wehrmacht Mtzenabzeichen fr Kosaken Freiwilliger). A pair of insignia retrieved from a Wehrmacht Terek Cossack volunteers kubanka, including an eagle, constructed of silvered tombak, the reverse retaining two attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 65 mm (w) x 25 mm (h), demonstrating evidence of repair to the prongs and moderate loss of finish to the base metal, in very fine condition, and; a cockade, constructed of bronze, the obverse consisting of
