Constructed of red wool, trimmed with blue piping and gold bullion wire, with a central band of machine embroidered gold bullion wire oak leaves flanked on each side by dual gold bullion wire bands, overlaid by a central white woven disk bearing a multi piece black rayon swastika, trimmed with gold bullion wire, pinned with a central bronze pip, unmarked, measuring 130 mm (w) x 530 mm (l) as presented, in near extremely fine condition.
