Venezuela. An Order Of The Liberator, Grand Cross Sash Auction and blue alternating enamels(Orden del Libertador). Instituted in 1880. A watered silk ribbon, with equal sized stripes of yellow, blue, then red, measuring 102 mm (w) x 830 mm (l) folded, gathered by thinner ribbon near ends, slightly faded, intact stitching, very fine condition. Footnote: The Order of the Liberator was instituted on September 14, 1880 and awarded for meritorious services to the country and the community, in six grades: Collar, Grand Cordon, Grand Officer,
