The name "Cinabrio" was inspired by the color red, which was crafted by the ancient Maya using the mineral Cinabrio (cinnabar). Age: 12 years. Aging method: Aged in American Oak. ex Bourbon barrels. Tasting notes: Plum, Ripe Starfruit, Caramelized Orange Peel, Guarapo, Pistachio, Toasted Oak.
