Limited quantities, no skin contact, just pure expression of the grape variety and its terroir. In this case 100% Grner Veltliner, aged 1 year in oak and acacia barrels. The wine is complex and mineral, it has salty and citrusy notes. Green apple and lime as well as a hint of oak.
