A Japanese Order of the Sacred Crown, V Class black exterior case, with gold Japanese characters on the top of the exterior, with the top of the interior a purple cushioned fabric and the bottom a purple velvet medal bed. The case measures at 84mm (w) x 117mm (l) x 32mm (h). There is minor scuffing to the exterior of the case. It is accompanied by a rosette measuring at 12mm in diameter.
