It is a crystal clear, expressive mezcal. The nose hints of char grill, potpourri, tyre tube, and sappy, green wood like notes. The palate is full bodied with earthy, vibrant, oily, smoky flavours with notes of char, white pepper, beeswax, sappy agave, and rubber. The finish is medium long. Quiquiriqui Mezcals are all Single Estate (Palenque)
