Constructed of rayon cloth, featuring three dyed Third Reich period German national flags with three flags of the Kingdom of Italy, unmarked, measuring 32 cm (w) x 32 cm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue, produced to commemorate the May 1938 visit of AH to Rome, in near extremely fine condition.
