1940 and signed in black ink by the leader of the department Heinrich Seetzen (1906–1945)
Germany, Wehrmacht. A Krim Campaign Shield Auction Archive Fine early quality(Krimschild). Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, unmarked, measuring 51 mm (w) x 61 mm (h) (without backer), with four reverse attachment prongs, in very fine condition.
