Constructed of red wool, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with light blue and golden yellow piping, bisected at the middle by a red rayon tresse, trimmed with gold bullion wire piping and overlaid by oak leaves of identical construction, with a central white rayon disc trimmed with golden yellow machine embroidery, overlaid by a black mobile swastika similarly highlighted with golden yellow threading, pinned
