Constructed of gilded bronze, vertical pinback, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a royal crown, overlaid by a central plaque with dates 1859 1939, above a number 80 in Roman numerals and topped by a monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, measuring 31. 74 mm (w) x 40. 13 mm (h), weighing 10. 0 grams, in extremely fine condition.
