In the original case of issue, a blue leatherette exterior with Romanian cypher of Carol I and marked MARE OFITER COROANA ROMANIEI on the lid, interior lid marked Joseph Resch Fils Bucarest, grey velvet medalbed, measures 110 mm (w) x 235 mm (l) x 43 mm (d), two clasps, both functional, minor wear and fatigue to the exterior, silk covering hinge on the interior ripped, in very fine condition.
