Dinshaw Edulji Wacha, Parsi Indian politician mb-width 3886 Premises of FosterDinshaw Edulji Wacha, Parsi Indian politician, 1902 1903. Wacha was one of the founders of the Indian National Congress and its President in 1901. In 1915 he was made president of the Indian Merchant's Chamber and was knighted in 1917.
