Maltese cross in red and white enamel, crowns and swords at each corner, obverse center shows the initial of Carol I surrounded by the inscription Prin Noi Insine 14 Martie 1881, reverse center shows date 10 Maiu, on original red ribbon, inclusive of crown suspension 56. 2 mm (h) x 37. 7 mm (w), evidence of slight spotting on obverse and reverse white enamel, very fine condition. Housed in original case
