Macerated and vapor infused with botanicals that are toasted and dried in house. Distillers Tasting Notes: Aroma: grapefruit and resinous pine opening to a soft earthiness. Taste: Sweet citrus again on the palate balanced by astringent juniper and fading to a warm toasted coriander spice.
