A Commander neck badge, consisting of bronze gilt, in the form of a white enamelled shamrock cross with the green rays of a Maltese cross in each quadrant, the reverse mirrors the obverse, surmounted by a large hollow crown, worn on a full length green neck ribbon, measures 53. 85 mm (w) x 84. 8 mm (h), worn on original green neck ribbon with ties, enamel chips and cracks on white shamrock,
