Perpetuum 2020 Mineral yellow apple and pearThe Sauvignon Blanc vines were re crafted on the coldest part of the Riesling vineyard in Steinthal. Resulting in extremely small berries, concentrated and very ripe with a reduced sugar content and high acidity. This special wine is extremely complex, lots of elegant flavours that dance on your palate with a beautiful saltiness. Quince, baked apple, cinnamon, lime and hazelnut.
