Instituted 15 October 1852 by King Friedrich Wilhelm IV. (1852 1918 issue). Constructed of white cotton with a card stock reinforced backing, unmarked, measuring 52 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), age appropriate material fatigue evident, in overall very fine condition.
