Instituted in 1908. Two piece construction, in silvered bronze, unmarked, measuring 37 mm (w) x 42. 3 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally pierced ball suspension, contact marks evident on the reverse, original ribbon, suspended from a traditional horizontal hanger with pinback, near extremely fine.
