Committee Release 2021 Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky Elephant The palate is a journeyA limited edition single malt from Ardbeg, Arrrrrrrdbeg celebrates the career of Mickey Heads as he retired after 13 years as Distillery Manager and Committee Chair. Matured in ex rye casks, smoky aromas of banana, pear, rye bread, lemon and vanilla toffee fill the nose. The palate offers notes of spicy pepper, melon, kiwi, aniseed and smoked toffee above a bed of savoury peat smoke.
