A silver star with a gold cross pattee with four white enameled arms; the obverse with an enameled Brandenburg crowned eagle, surrounded by a broad white enameled ring, inscribed Sincere et Constanter (Latin Sincere and Persistent) in gold lettering; the reverse with a vertical pin, and a functional hinge catch assembly; marked by perhaps the foremost maker of Prussian orders, 15 Lth Hossauer,
