In bronze, number impressed "01905" on the bottom edge, measuring 33. 2 mm (w) x 34. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally pierced ball suspension, very light contact, original ribbon, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Liberation Medal was instituted in 1980 and awarded to any person who performed services towards the creation of the Republic of Zimbabwe on April 18, 1980, in two grades: I Class Silver and II Class Bronze.
