A "one-wire" self exciting internal voltage regulator makes installation of these alternators on older or customized vehicles a snap- Simply run a properly sized positive and ground cable from the alternator to the terminals of the battery and the alternator will work perfectly

For power inputs it will accept 4 awg for power and 4 awg for ground

only a wiring harness with positive and negative brush connections

This unit works well for customers with larger stereo systems and stock engine redline RPM
