Wilde Heimat 2017 Elegant quince and apricotThe Wilde Heimat from 2Naturkinder is a fantastic orange wine. The Silvaner grapes grow on Keuper soil, on a very steep hill therefore difficult to farm. The style of the wine could remind you of a vintage Champagne without the bubbles, its super elegant, mineral and its slightly oxidative. Gorgeous in the nose with complex flavours: almonds, hazelnuts and toasted bread. On the palate delicious dried fruits.
